Each envelope includes a personal letter, an original poem, reflection prompts, and a creative offerings to support you in slowing down, being seen, and sharing your voice.

🌿 Original Poem - An original poem inspired by the month’s theme (sometimes about motherhood, sometimes about healing, growth, rest, longing, or joy)

✍🏼 Journal Prompts - Designed to help you reflect and share your voice

🌸 Creative Offering - A small creative ritual (like an affirmation, blessing, quote, or poetry prompt) to nourish your inner world

🎨 Coloring Page or Art Print - A meditative coloring page to help you slow down and soak in the present moment, or an art print inspired by the theme

**Important: Mail Club ships the first week of the month. To receive the April envelope, you must subscribe by the end of March. Subscriptions made in April will not receive an envelope until May.**
